REALTORS® and Appraisers required to complete Code of Ethics training for second cycle
Between January 1, 2005 and December 31, 2008, every REALTOR® is required to complete 2 1/2 hours of Code of Ethics training. Failure to complete this training will result in suspension of your Board membership, and suspension of your access to VREIN's MLS. Appraisers are also required to complete the REALTOR® Code of Ethics (the Appraiser Code of Ethics training does not meet the requirements of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics training) More
