This course is designed to teach REALTORS® the conflict resolution skills needed to build a strong reputation as a real estate agent with the highest ethical standards. The course will address ethical dilemmas commonly faced by today’s real estate agent. Included will be the 5 conflict strategies when dealing with clients; help real estate agents identify their own dominant strategy; apply knowledge of strategies to real life situations with clients and other REALTORS® to find ways to help consumers meet their needs.

Participants will leave with applications to real world situations, ethical duties to clients, tenants/residents, employers, and colleagues. It will help them to resolve conflict efficiently and ethically using the principles of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.
