Throughout Vermont there are rental properties — large and small — that have been for sale for months (maybe even years). They remain unsold, in most cases because their owners over price their property. Real Estate agents who can successfully determine what a rental property is really worth can confidently explain the price to all parties involved.
Real Estate agents will learn a reliable, step-by-step technique that allows them to accurately price any income property, from a single family rental house to a large shopping mall. Through a variety of real-world case studies, participants see how to combine a property’s income, expenses and financing to arrive at its true value. Participants will also learn how to adjust the price if any of the variables change.
