Lead Paint Forms
Lead Paint Forms are available at the Vermont Department of Health website.

For those who use Trueforms, you can access the new lead paint forms and handouts by updating your Trueforms. If you use automatic updates, simply login into Trueforms and click update. If you update manually, login to Trueforms, click on Tools and click update.

Paper Forms
NVBR and VAR will no longer be printing paper forms. Forms are only available from TrueForms, a benefit to you as a REALTOR®.
