Kathy has 28 years in association management at the local, state and national levels, specifically directing the goals and objectives of not-for-profit trade associations and professional societies.

She is the Vice President of the Vermont Society of Association Executives (VSAE) and a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). She earned her B.A. in Liberal Arts from St. Michael's College in Winooski, VT. In addition, she holds a certificate in Organizational Management from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's Institute for Organizational Management.
