Quadrennial Code of Ethics
Between January 1, 2005 and December 31, 2008, every REALTOR® is required to complete 2 1/2 hours of Code of Ethics training. REALTORS® who have completed this training as a requirement of membership in another association are not required to complete additional ethics training until the next four year cycle. New Member Orientation
All new members are required to complete New Member Orientation and the Code of Ethics before membership is activated or prior to using the REALTOR® trademark. Code of Ethics classes are listed above, and can also be taken online through the National Association of REALTORS®.

$50 for non-members

Broker Pre-Licensing Courses
Salespersons interested in becoming a broker must have two years experience, have eight closed transactions and take the 40-hour broker pre-licensing course before sitting for the exam.
Classes are available through the National Association of REALTORS®.
